Reaper’s Walk: watch the trailer

As if you needed your appetite whetting even more for Reaper’s Walk: Hellstone, here’s the trailer to sit back and enjoy, courtesy of Black Moon Book Trailers.

The bad news is that we’re not launching this book on October 31st as the trailer suggests. Actually, I’m just playing with you… because the good news is that we’ve brought the publication forward, and will have it available in paperback, Kindle, and at Smashwords (for ePUB eBooks) on October 25th. ePUB editions through other retailers  such as Barnes & Noble and iTunes, will follow in a few weeks.

Cover artwork ready for ‘Death Flu’

Just wanted to show off the artwork for our forthcoming zombie novel, Death Flu – a novel you won’t dare to put down. The artwork was by Dafeenah at IndieDesignz.com

Death Flu will be published next month. It’s definitely not a book for the squeamish! When I wrote that it’s a novel that you won’t dare to put down — well, that was my reaction when I first read the manuscript. There was always the danger of something unpleasant happening when I turned over the page, so I couldn’t put it down so I would be somehow prepared for what would come next.  I’m not sure if that makes sense to anyone else (or even to me) but it was certainly an intense read.

If you want an early review copy, just let me know…

Join in with our seasonal supernatural thrillers

In the Northern Hemisphere, the nights are now drawing in, the temperature beginning to cool. It’s a perfect time to enjoy the dark excitement of one of our new supernatural thrillers. The lurking dangers vary, but with all these stories, you never know whether it’s safe to turn the page. Anything could happen next…

The zombie hordes threaten constantly in Death Flu by Scott Brietzke, but the most shocking scenes showcase the depravity of the human survivors.

In Bridge of Blood by Philip McCormac, when the demon Llaldaboth, instigator of the Portadown Massacre, is set free, you know something from the start that the police detectives do not: that this demon respects no boundaries — no depravity is too low.

Dark witches, werewolves, demons, vampires, and the Grim Reaper: the onslaught in Reaper’s Walk: Hellstone by Don Franklin appears overwhelming, but the Harper women never give up, and sometimes alliances can be made with the most evil of creatures. Continue reading

Coming soon… Bridge of Blood

We’re very proud to announce our first book from Philip McCormac will be Bridge of Blood, a supernatural thriller set in Ireland featuring the terror of demonic possession, and the mortals who dare to oppose the demon.

Who will be the demon’s next victim?

»        The terrorist leader with his network of informers, who has the power to murder or kidnap anyone in Northern Ireland.

»        The convent girl who fishes an old relic from the river near the bridge.

»        The former Special Investigations Squad sergeant who led an armed mission that went disastrously wrong.

»        The missionary priest and exorcist who spreads the word through the jungles of South America, before his weaknesses are discovered and he is sent back to Ireland in disgrace.

»        The detective inspector who falls in love with her new sergeant.

After 350 years of imprisonment, the demon, Laldaboth, is free to terrorise Ireland. Who will succumb to demonic possession and who will resist and fight?

Purity of heart is no ward against this demon… purity is delicious temptation…

Announcing ‘The Cookie Tin Collection’

I’m proud to announce that The Cookie Tin Collection byNigel Edwards is now available in paperback, Kindle and ePUB editions.

Nigel has written some excellent short stories and novelettes for us over the past year. This is his first collection. It includes all his Greyhart short fiction, plus the opening chapter of Badger’s Waddle (which works as a standalone story), and a short story published in an anthology called Shoes Ships & Cadavers by NewCon Press.

The collection is 43,000 words, and 144 pages in trade paperback.

For more information, follow this link.

And a word on Nigel’s novel, Badger’s Waddle. The book is eager to get out there amongst readers and we published a special print run for FantasyCon last weekend. However, we’re still awaiting final artwork before going on general release. It will be worth the wait…
