COMPETITION (closed): Win a paperback copy of “The Legends of Light”

THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED, BUT COME BACK SOON AS WE’LL BE DOING PLENTY MORE COMPETITIONS.

A couple of weeks ago, we gave away some copies of the new paperback edition of The Mill. That was fun, so we’ll do it again, this time with the new paperback edition of The Legends of Light by Gill Shutt.

Here’s what some recent reviewers have said about The Legends of Light:

“… very refreshing, a completely different style and format.”— SF Book Reviews

“Adults and young adults will treasure this book.” — amazon.co.uk review

“.. .very much in Tolkien’s class.” — amazon.com review

“The poems all told a story, they were not abstract or vivid descriptions of nature…” — Larissa at Howling Turtle

“… a cross between Beowulf and Lord of the Rings.” — amazon.com review

The Legends of light is a novella-length book (91 pages) of six stories told in verse. It’s classic YA high fantasy: tales of magic, romance, and dark underground realms… and there’s a picture of a dragon on the back. I’m very proud of it.

Now you can try the book for yourself. To be in with a chance to win a paperback copy of The Legends of Light, simply leave a comment underneath this post and we’ll pick two names at random when the giveaway closes on Thursday, 21st June.

This offer is only open to readers in USA, Canada, UK, and the rest of the European Union. If you live further afield, then you’re welcome to enter, but we will send an eBook instead if you win.

Good luck!
